What you get. Three texts and a graphic.

The text side of one hiring kit, shortened. The graphic that comes with it says We’re hiring and the role title, nothing else.

How to write a job ad with DFIRST.

Three steps. The first one starts on this page.

  1. 01

    Describe the role

    Starts on this page

Enter the job title, then the requirements and what you offer, in your own words. Add a salary range if you want it in the ad, and pick a tone and a format for the graphic.

  2. 02

    DFIRST writes the kit

    DFIRST does the work

It writes the job description, a LinkedIn post announcing the role and an email asking your team for referrals. It also makes a clean graphic that says We’re hiring with the role title.

  3. 03

    Review and publish yourself

    Ready for you

The how-to-apply part is a placeholder you fill in. Download the text and the image, or generate again; both are saved in your Data Room. Nothing is posted for you.

Made for brands. Not a blank prompt box.

Fair wording by default

The kit uses gender-neutral language and never states a preference about age, gender, nationality, family status or health, so a rushed ad does not turn good people away.

Only the offer you make

Benefits, team size, technologies and requirements come from your text and nowhere else. The salary appears exactly as you typed it; leave it empty and the ad does not mention pay.

Words and picture together

The hiring graphic arrives with the copy, sized for the channel you chose. Put both on the board of a session to adapt them for other job boards or languages with the agent.

Questions people ask.

About Hiring kit and how it fits the rest of DFIRST.

How does the job ad generator work?

Enter the role, the requirements and the offer, and a salary range if you want one shown. DFIRST writes a job ad with responsibilities, requirements and what you offer, a LinkedIn post announcing the role and a referral email, and makes a hiring graphic to go with them.

Can it write a job description and a LinkedIn hiring post together?

Yes, that is the kit. The job ad covers the title, a short company introduction, responsibilities, requirements, what you offer, the salary range if you gave one and a how-to-apply placeholder. The LinkedIn post stays under 1,300 characters with one call to action.

Will it add benefits we do not offer?

No. It is told not to invent benefits, team size, technologies or requirements. If something is missing from your text, it is missing from the ad, so add anything you want candidates to know before you run it.

What if I do not want to show the salary?

Leave the salary field empty and the kit does not mention pay at all. If you fill it in, the range is quoted exactly as you typed it, with the same currency and terms, in the job ad.

Does the graphic include our logo or people?

No. The hiring graphic carries only the words We’re hiring and the role title, in a clean layout without faces, logos or the salary. To add your logo or a team photo, open it in a session and ask the agent.

Is the wording inclusive?

The kit uses gender-neutral wording and never states preferences about age, gender, nationality, family status or health. Still, read it before you publish: you know your local hiring rules, your industry and your own team best.
