1,000+ apps in one place
Your inbox, files, ads, analytics, sales and support tools, connected once for your whole company.
ModulesConnections
Connect Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, HubSpot and 1,000+ other apps once. Firsty can then look things up, fetch files and draft emails in them while you work, and it asks you before every step that touches your accounts.
HubSpot connected with one sign-in, then two steps in a session, each with its own Allow.
Your inbox, files, ads, analytics, sales and support tools, connected once for your whole company.
Ask for last month’s numbers, a file from Drive or a reply to a client. Firsty picks the right app and the right step.
Before Firsty reads or writes in one of your apps, it shows you exactly what it will do. You click Allow or Deny.
Your inbox and files, ads and analytics, sales and support. Search for any other app by name inside DFIRST.
When a step would use one of your apps, the session stops and shows a card: the app, the action and, for anything that writes, the exact message and who gets it. Allow runs it once. Deny stops it, and nothing is sent.
Reads ask too, because they use your real account.
Writes show everything first: the content and every recipient.
Checked twice, in the session and again on our servers, so a write never runs without your OK.
Many popular apps connect with a normal sign-in: a new tab opens, you approve access, and you’re done. Others work with an API key, and DFIRST shows you where to find it. A few apps, such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok and Shopify, need a one-time setup by us first. Ask and we’ll do it.
Sign in and approve, and nothing is shared until you do.
Paste a key, and DFIRST checks it works straight away.
Give up halfway? Nothing is connected until you finish.
A new tab opens where you sign in to HubSpot and approve access. Nothing is shared until you approve.
Connect HubSpotStored by our integration provider, never in DFIRST and never shown again after you paste it. Disconnecting deletes it.
Connected apps work in any session, next to your brand, products and files.
“Which pages brought the most visitors from search last month, and what should we write next?”
“Find last year’s summer brief in Drive and start this year’s from it.”
“List the stores that haven’t ordered since June and draft a win-back email for each.”
“Which of our posts got the most comments this quarter, and what do they have in common?”
“Which ads spent the most last week and brought the fewest sales?”
“Turn the decisions from this session into a page in our launch plan.”
Every app has its own page in DFIRST. It lists the most useful things Firsty can do there, grouped into finding and reading, creating and sending, updating and organising, and cleaning up. Once connected, it shows which account is in use and a Disconnect button.
Find & read rows, emails, files, posts and records.
Create & send drafts, messages, files and new records.
Update, organise, clean up, only when you ask for it.

What you can ask for
When Firsty works on a task without you, it can look things up, but anything that writes waits in your Inbox. The card shows the app, the action, the exact content and recipients, and how long the approval is valid. Only the person who started the task can approve it.
Approve and run, or Reject, from one card.
One approval, one run, with an expiry time.
Routine messages in Gmail or Slack can get a standing OK, with the recipients locked. Revoke it any time.
Add DFIRST to Slack and pick the channels for each workspace. Their history comes into your Data Room every hour, so Firsty knows what the team has already decided. Access is read-only.
Pick the channels, workspace by workspace.
Synced every hour, or right away with Sync now.
Disconnect and the raw history goes, while what Firsty learned from it stays.

Connections are there to save you the copying and pasting, not to act behind your back.
In a session, Firsty can’t read or write in your apps until you click Allow. Writes are checked again on our servers, so one never runs unconfirmed.
You sign in on the app’s own page. Sign-ins and keys are held by our integration provider, and DFIRST keeps only a reference to the account.
Disconnecting removes the connection and revokes the access with the provider too.
A connection belongs to your company account, so teammates can use it in their sessions. Connect shared work accounts.
What people ask before they connect their apps.
More than 1,000, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Search for any other app by name in DFIRST.
No. In a session, every step that uses a connected app waits for your Allow. In background tasks, Firsty can look things up, but anything that writes waits for your approval in the Inbox.
No. You sign in on the app’s own page. Sign-ins and API keys are held by our integration provider, never in DFIRST, and a pasted key is never shown again.
Connections belong to your company account, so everyone in it can use them in their sessions. Slack channels are chosen for each workspace.
Apps connect with their standard access, and for Slack you pick the channels. Firsty only reads or changes what you ask for, and it asks first.
A few apps, such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok and Shopify, need a one-time setup by us before anyone can connect them. Tell us which one you need.
Open the app in Connections and click Disconnect. DFIRST removes the connection and revokes the access with the provider too.
Every module feeds the others, so what one learns, the next one uses.
Start with Gmail, Drive or Slack, then ask Firsty for something you would normally fetch by hand. DFIRST opens to people on the waitlist first.
