Made to sit under a voice
Every track is instrumental by design. That is what background music for an ad needs: room for the voice-over, the captions and the sound of the product itself.
DFIRST Create music is an AI music generator that composes instrumental tracks from a written description. Describe the genre, mood, instruments and tempo, choose a length of 5, 15, 30 or 60 seconds, and ElevenLabs Music v2.5 returns an MP3 with no vocals, ready to sit under an ad, a reel or a brand film.
Three steps. The first one starts on this page.
Write the genre, mood, instruments and tempo in the box above, then choose how long the track should be. Concrete words get closer results: warm keys at 90 BPM says more than nice music.
ElevenLabs Music v2.5 writes an instrumental piece to the length you picked. Vocals are always off, so the track never competes with a voice-over or the words on screen.
Download the MP3, generate again for another take, or score a film with Add music to video. The track stays in your session and your Data Room.

Choose 5, 15, 30 or 60 seconds and the music is composed to that length. A 15-second ad gets 15 seconds of music, not a long track you have to cut down in an editor.
Each track is saved in your Data Room next to the films and scripts of the campaign. Open it in a session and the team can listen before anything is published.
Short music beds for reels, stories and product clips, one for each video's length.
Mood tracks to play in a pitch or under an animatic, before a composer is briefed.
A set of tracks in one style for a season of brand films.
Short loops for stands, screens and launch moments, in the mood of the campaign.

About Create music and how it fits the rest of DFIRST.
Describe the track in the box at the top of this page, with the genre, mood, instruments and tempo, choose a length and continue in DFIRST. It composes an instrumental MP3 to that length, which you can download or put under a video.
Yes, that is its main job. Tracks are instrumental and composed to 5, 15, 30 or 60 seconds. To compose music and mix it under a film in one go, use Add music to video.
No. This tool always makes instrumental music, with vocals switched off, because it is built for music that sits under ads and films. For spoken words, make them with the AI voiceover generator and play the two together.
Name the genre, the mood, two or three instruments and a tempo in BPM, and say how it should end. Warm lo-fi beat, mellow keys, 80 BPM, soft ending gets much closer than something chill. Descriptions in English give the best results.
Not note by note. Generate again for a new take, or change the description and run it again. Every run is a fresh composition rather than an edit of the last one, so download the take you like before you try another.
Match the film. Five seconds suits a logo sting or a bumper, 15 a short social ad, 30 a standard spot and 60 a longer brand film. Longer tracks give the music more room to build.
Your create music draft waits on this device until your access starts. DFIRST opens to people on the waitlist first.
